The Rubber Board organizes a two day training programme in diseases and pests of rubber and their control measures, at Rubber Training Institute, Kottayam on 8 and 9 November 2011. The course content includes disease causatives, symptoms, control measures, pest control and discriminatory use of chemicals.

The fee for the training is Rs.600/-. SC/ST candidates will be given fifty per cent concession in fee on production of caste certificate. The payment may be made by money order or demand draft drawn in favour of Director (Training), Rubber Board payable at Kottayam. Application on white paper along with fee may be forwarded to Director (Training), Rubber Training Institute, Rubber Board PO, Kottayam – 686 009. The fee can also be paid direct to Account No.1450300184 of Central Bank of India (IFSC Code – CBIN 0010955).
